Trisha Greek

Since 2009, Trisha Greek has shaped the internal culture at MCG Properties, ensuring staff feel supported and operations run smoothly. Trisha believes in immersive leadership and has intentionally worked in every role —from receptionist to property manager to her current position as Vice President —to ensure she understands the responsibilities of each position and can step in at a moment’s notice to support operations.

In her current role, Trisha oversees a wide range of administrative, accounting, and organizational functions that are essential to the firm’s success. She leads by example, giving support across all departments. She maintains detailed records, prepares leases, assists the accounting team, and covers wherever she’s needed, whether for staff vacations or back-office processes. As a hands-on leader, she helps ensure continuity and consistency throughout the organization.

Before joining MCG, Trisha built a successful career in both the beauty and fitness industries. She earned cosmetology licenses in Colorado, New Mexico, and California and spent several years teaching nail techniques nationwide as an educator for Tammy Taylor Nails. From 2002 to 2010, she owned and operated four Curves fitness franchises across California and Arizona, where she led a team of 23 employees and oversaw all aspects of operations from hiring and payroll to accounting. She earned her California real estate license in 2008.

Trisha lives in North Tustin with her husband, Sam. They have two adult sons with whom she loves spending time. Outside of work, she enjoys boating, camping, mountain biking, and volunteering with a local dog rescue and second-chance high school in the community.
