Associate Director of Property Management & Brokerage
Since 2026, Tina Robertson has served as Associate Director of Property Management & Brokerage at MCG Properties, bringing more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience and a strategic, solutions-focused approach to property management. As an Associate Director, she manages industrial properties throughout Southern California, overseeing the full leasing cycle from marketing available space and lease negotiations to tenant improvements, move-ins, renewals, and move-outs.
Tina plays an integral role in helping property owners maximize the value of their investments while delivering responsive service to tenants. She works closely with property owners, brokers, contractors, and vendors to coordinate tenant improvements, capital projects, and day-to-day operations, ensuring each property is professionally managed and positioned for long-term success.
Before joining MCG Properties, Tina specialized in managing privately held commercial real estate portfolios throughout Southern California. Most recently, she directed the full-cycle management of a 500,000 SF portfolio of premier industrial and office properties producing more than $9.8 million in annual rent. Earlier in her career, she managed more than 400,000 SF of commercial assets spanning industrial, office, retail, hospitality, municipal, and mixed-use properties. Over the course of her career, she has developed strengths in commercial leasing, capital planning, project management, and tenant relations.
Tina holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from DeVry University, an Advanced Certificate in Real Estate Development, the Certified Manager of Commercial Properties (CMCP) designation, a California real estate license, and NAOIP’s Advanced Commercial Real Estate Development certification.
Born and raised in South Pasadena, Tina now resides in Seal Beach and is the proud mother of three daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, and baking.
