Welcome to the MCG Properties Secure Owner Portal. This portal is provided as a convenient, secure method for you to access and review your property documents, financial reports, tax returns, and other related materials.

By checking the acknowledgment box and clicking “I Agree,” you consent to the following terms regarding the access, storage, and downloading of your sensitive information:

1. Acknowledgment of Sensitive Information You understand and acknowledge that the documents provided within this portal contain confidential, financial, and personally identifiable information (“Sensitive Information”) pertaining to you and your property/entities.

2. User Responsibility and Account Security You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify MCG Properties immediately.

3. Limitation of Liability Regarding Downloaded Documents While MCG Properties utilizes secure server technology to host and deliver these documents within the portal, once a document is downloaded, saved, or printed to your local computer, mobile device, or third-party storage system, the security of that document becomes your sole responsibility. MCG Properties, its agents, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any data breaches, unauthorized access, identity theft, or financial loss that occurs as a result of compromised local devices, unsecured networks, or the sharing of downloaded documents by you or your authorized representatives.

4. Opt-Out and Revocation of Portal Access Participation in this digital Owner Portal is completely voluntary. If you do not wish to have your financial and personal documents posted to this digital portal, or if you wish to revoke your agreement to these terms at any time, you may officially opt out. To opt out, you must notify us in writing by emailing sgreek@mcgproperties.com. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, your portal access will be deactivated, all documents will be removed from the digital portal, and we will coordinate an alternative method for document delivery.
