SAM GREEK

Since purchasing MCG Properties in 2009, Sam Greek has guided the firm’s strategic growth while maintaining operational efficiency across all departments. As President, he oversees a portfolio of nearly 3 million SF and approximately 1,000 tenants, maintaining active communication with more than 45 property owners. He plays a central role in supporting the firm’s property management team and driving companywide strategy, while also overseeing accounting, brokerage, and administrative operations.

Sam began his real estate career at MCG Properties in 1996, managing a 1.5 million SF portfolio of industrial properties. After eight years with the company, he relocated to Arizona, where he worked for PS Business Parks from 2005 to 2008. During his tenure, he was promoted from property manager to leasing director, overseeing the Arizona division, which included approximately 500,000 SF of space. He returned to California in 2009 to acquire MCG Properties from the retiring owner, driven by a desire to continue the legacy of the firm that helped shape his early career in commercial real estate.

Sam has been involved in thousands of lease and sale transactions over the course of his career, with deep expertise across Southern California and Arizona markets. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance from Cal State Long Beach, in addition to his real estate and brokerage licenses. He is also a member of both the Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM) and AIR CRE.

Sam lives in North Tustin with his wife, Trisha. In his free time, he enjoys boating, off-roading, mountain biking, and spending time with their two adult sons. He frequently travels to Arizona where he maintains strong ties to the market.
