KRISTEN SEPULVEDA

Since 2021, Kristen Sepulveda has served as MCG Properties’ Executive Assistant, providing critical support to the Administration Department and playing an essential role in ensuring the firm runs smoothly. Kristen serves as the first impression of MCG’s values: she is the initial point of contact for tenants and landlords, always maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor through her proactive, solution-oriented mindset and positive disposition.

From preparing leases and renewals to fielding calls and coordinating team needs, she ensures that property managers and staff have exactly what they need to perform at their highest level.

Kristen is known for her attentiveness and organizational skills, managing multiple requests while balancing the preferences of each team member. Her behind-the-scenes support keeps operations on track and ensures internal communication flows efficiently.

Before joining MCG Properties, Kristen worked as a Facilities Manager for a tech firm in Irvine. During her tenure, she opened and managed offices in Hawaii and Washington D.C., overseeing teams of 30–50 and ensuring each location was fully equipped and operating smoothly. These experiences honed her strengths in time management, cross-team communication, and organizational leadership.

Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Southern California. She has lived in Newport Beach for 40 years and is a proud mother of four. She enjoys walking around Balboa Island, reading, and visiting her children and grandchildren.
