Maintenance Director
Since 2023, Christian Zamora has served as Maintenance Director within MCG Properties’ Property Management & Brokerage division, applying a detail-oriented approach and strong leadership to the firm’s maintenance operations. As Maintenance Director, he oversees the scheduling and execution of maintenance and repair projects, ensuring units are market-ready, budgets stay on track, and turnaround timelines are met. His responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, managing work across multiple trades, and planning logistics for everything from drywall to electrical.
Christian plays a key role in maintaining the physical integrity of MCG’s portfolio. He works closely with vendors and internal teams to keep each complex functioning smoothly, balancing time-sensitive demands with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
Before rejoining MCG Properties, Christian worked at the firm from 2013 to 2016 in accounts payable and receivable, gaining a foundational understanding of internal operations. Over the course of his career, he has developed strengths in project planning, team coordination, and detailed reporting.
Based in Santa Ana, Christian balances a busy professional life with time spent with his wife and three sons. A lifelong learner, he enjoys reading about finance and investing.
