MELISSA ZAMORA

Since 2023, Melissa Zamora has served as the Insurance Administrator within MCG Properties’ Operations Department, bringing a detail-oriented and service-driven approach to risk management and compliance. In her role, she oversees all tenant and vendor insurance documentation, including requesting and maintaining certificates of insurance.

Melissa maintains internal systems that support smooth operations and collaborates closely with property managers, tenants, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely renewals.

She first joined MCG Properties in 2012 and spent more than a decade in the Accounting Department, where she handled both accounts payable and receivable with precision and care. Before joining MCG, Melissa worked in the healthcare sector managing medical records at the Orange County Heart Institute for St. Joseph Hospital during its transition to digital systems.

Based in Santa Ana, Melissa is a proud mom to three boys and actively volunteers at her local church.
