Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist

Since December 2025, Alicia has served as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist within MCG Properties’ Accounting Department, bringing a detail-oriented, client-first approach to her work across billing and receivables. In her role, she ensures that vendor payments are made accurately and on time, receivables are correctly applied, and client billing information remains up to date.

Alicia maintains smooth financial operations and accurate records for both the firm and its clients. She also works closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient workflows and prompt resolution of billing-related issues.

Before joining MCG Properties, Alicia worked in both accounting and customer service roles across the insurance and homeowners’ association industries. She spent a decade with FirstService Residential in Irvine, where she supported homeowners and managed accounting functions on the corporate side. She later transitioned into insurance, assisting brokers with property and general liability policies, as well as client renewals and billing processes.

Alicia is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings many years of experience working in client-facing roles that require accuracy, empathy, and strong communication.

She lives in Southern California and is actively involved in her church community, where she participates in ministry groups. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and spending time with family.
