ERIN LAGOMARSINO

Since 1987, Erin Lagomarsino has served as a Director of Property Management & Brokerage at MCG Properties, applying a hands-on approach and a focus on strategic portfolio performance. Covering North Orange County and the northern portion of the Inland Empire, she oversees 250 tenants across 16 locations.

As a Director, she manages all aspects of property operations, from vendor coordination and maintenance oversight to lease administration, marketing, and capital improvement planning. She also handles day-to-day tenant relations and has played a pivotal role in negotiating thousands of tenant lease renewals throughout her career.

Erin is known for building strong relationships with both property owners and tenants. She prioritizes clear communication and proactive service to protect investments and support long-term value. In collaboration with brokers, she markets available space and leverages listing platforms to maintain a strong leasing pipeline.

Before joining MCG Properties, Erin worked in the banking sector managing auto leasing contracts, experience that sharpened her organizational and negotiation skills. Over the course of her career, she has developed strengths in tenant service, project oversight, and long-term asset planning.

Erin holds an associate degree in business from Fullerton College and is a licensed California real estate agent. She is also a member of AIR CRE.

Based in Chino Hills, Erin is the proud mother of four daughters. An avid marathon runner, she has completed four of the World Marathon Majors —Chicago, New York, London, and Berlin —and is steadily working toward finishing all seven. Her dedication to long-distance running reflects the same persistence and commitment she brings to her work at MCG.
