JACKIE BEAUCHAMP

Since 2001, Jackie Beauchamp has served as a Director of Property Management & Brokerage at MCG Properties, where she applies a strategic mindset and deep knowledge of the Southern Inland Empire market. As a Director, she manages a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties, overseeing approximately 250 tenants across more than 20 managed locations. Her work includes lease compliance, CAM reconciliations, risk mitigation, and brokerage services, all with a focus on long-term asset performance.

Jackie plays a key role in expanding MCG’s reach through strong client relationships and community engagement. She has helped open new markets, including the Temecula Valley, and has secured management and listing accounts through referrals and local industry leadership. In addition to property management, she completes more than 60 sales and leasing transactions each year, representing both landlords and tenants. Jackie maintains a strong presence at city events, broker meetings, and industry panels, and has served as a guest speaker and moderator at BOMA events covering commercial real estate trends.

Before joining MCG Properties, Jackie developed a broad range of business and communication skills in other sectors, which she now leverages in support of both landlords and tenants. Over the course of her career, she has cultivated strengths in tenant placement, rent roll optimization, and navigating both sides of the lease transaction. Her leasing and management portfolio includes national brands such as Hertz, Enterprise, Kumon Learning Center, Tire Choice, Arco, Western Dental Care, and Burger King.

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from California Coast University, graduating summa cum laude. She is a licensed California real estate agent and member of AIR CRE.

Jackie lives in the Temecula Valley. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two adult children, exploring personal development, science, and technology, and can often be found reading, listening to podcasts, or attending conferences. Her community involvement includes volunteering on school and HOA boards, judging academic events, and consulting on real estate projects for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley.
