Martin Commercial Group is now MCG Properties, a new name that reflects the business as it operates today while continuing the legacy, leadership, and client relationships that have defined the company for decades.
For owners, tenants, and commercial real estate clients, this rebrand is more than a name change. It marks the launch of a stronger brand platform, a new website, and improved digital resources designed to support better access, client communication, and property marketing.
MCG Properties continues to provide integrated Property Management and Brokerage services across Orange County and the Inland Empire, with the same hands-on approach clients have long relied on. The new brand reflects the full scope of the company’s services, the growth of the business under current ownership, and the strength of the platform in place today.
As part of this launch, clients will begin to see several important updates, including the new MCG Properties company name, a new website and URL, new email addresses, new property signs, and new LinkedIn and YouTube channels that will further expand the company’s communication and marketing platforms. These changes are intended to create a more cohesive and effective client experience while strengthening how the company presents its services and properties in the market.
Clients will also see meaningful improvements through the new website and related tools. Owners will benefit from secure access to reports and property information through an Owner Portal, while tenants will have direct access to streamlined online payment options and improved digital convenience via the Tenant Portal. The new platform also includes a more robust property search tool with mapping and filtering, stronger property webpages, online rental applications and background checks, DocuSign efficiencies, and expanded digital property marketing support through email, social media, and video.
The transition to MCG Properties also reflects the company’s growth under its current leadership. The business traces its roots to 1953. Sam joined the company in 1987, acquired ownership of the business, along with his wife, Trisha Greek in 2011, and today they serve together with Sam as President, and Trisha as Vice President. Since 2011, the company has expanded its team and broadened its reach throughout Orange County and the Inland Empire.
Today, MCG Properties manages approximately 2.7 million square feet across 185 industrial, office, and retail buildings, maintains a 95% occupancy rate, closes more than 450 transactions annually, and has built an average property management client tenure of 27 years.
While the name is changing to MCG Properties, the foundation of the business remains the same: the same MCG team and key contacts, the same leadership, and the same commitment to serving clients with trusted guidance and a continued dedication to a legacy of excellence in Southern California commercial real estate.
